Snapsor provides a 100% free service. By using Snapsor's services, you agree that Snapsor will under no circumstances be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost income or profits, in any way arising out of or related to Snapsor's services, even if Snapsor has been advised as to the possibility of such damages.

Snapsor does not guarantee service availability, now and in the future. There may be times when Snapsor's service is temporarily unavailable, or not functioning properly. We reserve the right to discontinue Snapsor's services at any time, without warning.

Snapsor wants to add value to the internet in general and websites in particular, by providing website owners with an alternative linking method to use. However, it should be noted that some websites do not want to be linked to. When you place Snapsor thumbnails on your website, it is your responsibility to ensure that the website you are linking to approves of such linking. In our current "Web 2.0 era", most websites like to be linked to. If you are unsure if a website you are linking to would approve, please email them to ask for approval first.

Snapsor does not store any content of websites it provides thumbnails of, only the thumnail images are stored on Snapsor's servers. Thumbnails can only be created of pages that are publicly available.
